The MON12 mezzanine is a module designed to generate supply voltages along twelve galvanically isolated channels.

MON12 mezzanine is installed on a mezzanine carrier and connected to it via a local information highway. Up to four MON12 can be installed on a mezzanine carrier.

Main features of MON12:

  • the channels are galvanically isolated from each other, with control circuits, power lines and common (GND) VXI trunks, as well as with the mezzanine case and the mezzanine carrier module;
  • if the current in the load decreases to a value of less than 500 μA, the mezzanine generates an interrupt request;
  • when the current value in the load is 50 mA or more, an interrupt request and a command to automatically turn off the overloaded channel output relay are generated;
  • each channel has the ability to self-control (function of the driver program);
  • the output of each channel is connected to the load via a relay contact. Switching on / off the relay contact is carried out programmatically.

the mezzanine is available as an option for output voltages. Output voltages can be any in the range from 3.5 V to 20 V. Typical output voltage ratings: 5 V, 6 V, 8 V, 10 V, 12 V, 16 V or as agreed with the customer
Accuracy of output voltage formation
from 0.1% to 2.5% depending on the selection of precision nominal values (as agreed with the customer)
Temperature instability of output voltage
no more than 25 ppm (by agreement with the customer, the implementation of the mezzanine with a temperature instability of not more than 10ppm is possible)
Values of output currents (currents in load)
0 ... 40 mA
